By downloading, installing, or using the Cerberus Prime application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application.
Permission is granted to download and use the Cerberus Prime application for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to the restrictions set forth in these Terms.
Cerberus Prime is designed to assist users in protecting their mobile devices from theft or unauthorized interaction. However, the application does not guarantee the prevention of theft, loss, damage, or unauthorized access to any device.
The effectiveness of the application may vary depending on device model, operating system version, system permissions, hardware limitations, user configuration, environmental conditions, and other technical factors outside the control of Diginesis.
The Cerberus Prime application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Diginesis makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, or functionality of the application.
Diginesis expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The behavior and performance of the application may differ across devices, manufacturers, operating system versions, system updates, security policies, or third-party software installed on the device.
Diginesis does not guarantee that the application will function correctly on every device or under all operating conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diginesis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Cerberus Prime application.
This includes, without limitation:
Users acknowledge that they use the application entirely at their own risk.
Diginesis may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the application after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.
